Our chickens are free from antibiotics and no growth hormones are ever administered?
We make our own Beef Pastrami from Certified Angus Beef which is above Prime standards. The Pastrami starts with the Point & Flat Brisket cut of beef. The roast is seasoned with a proprietary blend of herbs and spices, including brown sugar, cardamom, garlic and pepper. The result after roasting is a thoroughly flavorful pastrami that you can have sliced to any thickness by our helpful deli staff. Add a bit of Swiss cheese, let it melt on our toasted whole grain hearth bread for the most amazing sandwich.
Our other roasted and smoked natural beef options are corned beef from top round, plain roast beef made from our select Certified Angus Beef cuts.
Certified Berkshire Pork™ is the Better Pork! Berkshire Pork is the oldest breed of pork in existence today, and raised on family farms where pigs are fed only a grain-based, vegetarian diet. Humane animal husbandry and earth-friendly production practices ensure ecologically sustainable farms.
There’s also humanely raised veal from Wisconsin farms, which is fresh, never frozen and Halal certified goat from Australia and fresh naturally raised turkey, duck, quail and fresh rabbit. Our own smoked meats and sausages are made each day and smoked in the market smokehouse on the premises.
The 2016 award for Top Sales Volume for a Single Retailer represents the volume of Certified Angus Beef sold by any single retailer world-wide. Our Certified Angus Beef™ is graded with 10 quality standards above USDA Prime and superb marbling for tender, juicy cuts. We use this same high quality beef to make our own well-seasoned Beef Pastrami and Corned Beef for an outstanding sandwich.
And if you’ve never tried Bison from South Dakota, it’s a leaner alternative to our Certified Organic Grass Fed Beef, which is pasture raised in the mountain pastures of Idaho and is, truly, free range. It is an artisanal slow food, crafted from cattle raised and finished on intensively managed high-quality pasture and hay, without grain of any kind.

We carry American lamb
from Superior Farms which
is Certified Zabitha Halal in accordance with Islamic Law.
These lambs are raised outdoors and fed a healthy diet of natural grasses, crops and grains. Our lamb is raised on over 68,000 acres by family farms across the country, bred for a mild, delicious flavor and a variety of cuts that are leaner
and more tender.
