Our Bakery features products that are made by real people with organic milk, organic butter and cage free eggs. In addition to organic flours, we use all natural ingredients, such as freshly roasted nuts, dried cranberries and raisins and natural fruit fillings. We never use any high fructose corn syrup or other artificial sweeteners, preservatives or colors.
Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Breads
Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Breads are available in our bakery and offer superior nutrition to conventional whole grain breads. The Sprouted Grain flours begin with the organic whole grain, which includes the outer hull, germ and endosperm of the wheat grain. Then the grain is allowed to sprout, releasing the vegetable nutrition. This sprouting grain is then dried and then ground into sprouted whole grain flour, with the abundant nutrition of the sprout.
The body actually sees the sprouted grain bread more as a vegetable than grain and the health benefits are
numerous: Sprouted grains offer increased soluble fiber, more B vitamins, less sodium, more Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids, more iron, calcium and Vitamin E.
